Having trouble understanding the criteria to enroll your part-time staff into mandatory insurance? The exercise determining whether your staff is eligible or not can become confusing at times.
Here's a cheat sheet to help you quickly make that decision.
Basically, the keys are the weekly working hours & your company size.
Regarding social insurance, the size criteria will be gradually phased out by 2035, and all employees who work 20 hours or more per week will be required to enroll, regardless of the size of their employer.
The chart now reflects the upcoming criteria changes.
